Ads for a particular forum?

Is there any way to assign an ad to the top of a particular forum? I don't want it to appear on the Forum Home page.

I use OpenX, if that makes any difference.

Why aren't my thread and post columns lining up?

They used to stack up neatly from one forum to the next, and now they're all over the place, out of alignment. I'm using 3.8.2. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

I'd love this, too! The only solution I came up with was to create a new user group with editing privileges, but this really isn't the solution I had in mind.
