I am having a slight issue installing the plugins...

I am having a slight issue installing the plugins for this mod. I keep getting invalid file name error when I attempt to upload it through the plugin manager....any ideas??

What hack is this?

I am looking to get the hack like the mod sections uses. Where the top page has all the hack info, holds the D/L link and rating info...I have hunted for it, but alas I have no clue what it is called...
