Personally I don't think this is possible without making your site and data very unsafe.
I don't think the security system of VB will accept this :s
(with the hashes and stuff that VB uses)

I'm currently working on a portal project that has Vbulletin integrated. But we have a problem with the textareas for our Comments system... we would like to seperate it from our forum database...
