I think you have to choose one. Because vbseo also rewrites the forum urls and will conflict ith yabbseo.

We now only have the htaccess support for apache server. But the rewrite rule for other servers would not be difficult to do. We will try to do in the near future.

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

YABBSEO basically does the same rewrite and sitemap(in full version) things, but as I know, YABBSEO doesn't support pingback for threads and some related features.
