Works great. I can see my real IP in 'Who's Online'. The px.gif doesn't show in posts for the reason Paul explained. My main concern is keeping real IP's banned, and this will do the trick just fine....

They may do, I don't know, but I'd say they're pretty secure.
FLV, SWF or any HTML - it's a bad idea to allow.

Flash files can be hiding places for security exploits such as redirects.
It's a good idea to use BB Code permissions to make sure untrusted usergroups don't post dangerous flash files.

So I tried disabling FLV for Admins too, but...

Only happens with IE though, and when the particular users (that aren't underlined) profile page has been visited.
I still can't replicate it myself, with IE or FF.
