Avatar not displaying after upload

it was working initially but stopped working... i've tried uploading images and pointing to images on the web. my images are within the guidelines of my avatar settings. i am not getting any upload...

i just loaded vbulletin on my server and have no problems with firefox, however, with IE, the forum (index) doesn't load. i reuploaded all files to the server and overwrote any potentially currupt...

Error in member list... help!!!

i had some hacks/mods added to my vb3.5.3... not sure how it happened, but when viewing my member list, the member names appear twice, stacked... any idea how to only have them appear once?
