I was at first going to use IPB 1.3.1, but then i remembered, I have a vBulletin license, why not use it, it has more features and its easier.

Well I downloaded the Pokemon skin,. but its glitchy, avatars dont show up, quick reply is gone, and some images dont show half the time, so I would like to request a Pokemon skin for vBulletin...
