User Titles Not Changing

I allow my users to create their own user titles. These change just fine, but under them I guess it's showing the rank. Admin's show as Admins. Mod's as Mods. But like it's still showing Junior...

Text messing up tables

When a user posts a large amount of text, it messes up the format of the table and makes the thread look ugly. Can anyone show me how to keep the thread's table with at a fixed size?

I got this installed fine, only it doesn't play...

I got this installed fine, only it doesn't play anything on Firefox or IE. The screen just stays black. Any ideas anyone?
