that doesn't help much with people linking to thier userid's in our forums, or our Search indexed pages though.


IMHO, this is a big issue with vbulletin import system.

Move Threads/Users/Posts from one forum to another and keep db id's

Here's my issue. I've got a 4 year old vbul 3.1 version installed. It's a mess. After 4 years you get a pretty disgusting database with old unused mods.

We've developed a new version of our forum...

How do i add vBul template variables into vbPortal templates?

I want to add things like $header and my own global_start plugin variables into vbPortal templates, but they don't seem to catch. What's the deal? How does one go about doing this?

Adding things into <head> from postbit

I would like to add some JS into the <head> for a body.onload function. The data in the onload is created in the postbit.

Is this possible? If not, how should i be going about achieving this?
