FLAG! multiple reports of a same post -> hide post automatically?

90% of their abuse posts are removed this way... they get FLAGGED by multiple people, and moderators don't have to manually do it.

it was on a pretty slow server, but still..

with 700 people on, I only reach 0.5% CPU

its a dual XEON 3Ghz, 4GB RAM, SCSI...
