Ok so I have a quick question if a user is banned on the forums is there a way to carry over so they cant see whats on the page we put this login on?

I want to remove the url bbcode completely from vbulletin how can I do that I am using vb 3.5.4

when I put in a link of any kind it doees not parse but it also still puts the url and the /url at...
