Problem with UserGroups, MySQL Error

I keep getting this error when I try to add or even edit UserGroups:

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'profileviewpermissions' in 'field list'

StyleVars: What's New page, backround color...

can't seem to find it. I designed a new skin, and for some reason, the backround color of the Threadbit on the "what's new" page is teal. Can anyone tell me which stylevars controls that?
