We made it to around 700 concurrent users...

We made it to around 700 concurrent users sustained on 1 massive web server and 1 massive database server before we had to upgrade. Now we're on 1 massive database server with 4 massive web servers...

Problem:

We have a section of our forum for classifieds. Basically people can post a thread offering an item for sale. One of our rules states that people are not allowed to "bump" threads more...

I'm having the same problem other people have noticed since upgrading to 4.9.

My "Most Viewed Threads" column appears, but is empty.

If this helps, I went straight from 4.5 to 4.9, I sure hope...

When a user signs up for my forum I ask for the city, state, and if in Pennsylvania the county they live in within the state and then display it in the post bit like:

[city], [State]
([county]...
