great idea... i'm using a mac and firefox v1.5.0.6 ... i had to get to the searchplugins folder a little differently but i got there.. it's working perfectly! thanks alot..

Not sure what you're talking about... I just copied and pasted the code from your example.. changing only the forumid to pull the new threads from... nothing's showing up in the dropdown menu... just...
