this does ban the ip that is bad so that they cant even tryto register doesnt it?

Does this hack allow for one usergroup to gain more points say an extra ++ to other groups on posts and thread starting?

Is there any way that I can change the points system to say

0.01 for posts

and

0.02 for new threads

or if this cant be done, just changing the 5.00 per post to 0.01 :)
