Yes I have the same thing so have uninstalled for now.

Shows the Forum icon in transparent when read fine.
But still shows the original Category icon to the right.

Is this correct?

Installed on my forum.
When you click on Awards showcase in the users Postbit it takes you to a page called

member.php?2-user&tab=myawards

which is just a blank page with no medals showing?

Some users say they cant see colours in Firefox any idea? I use IE and i can see them.
