I do have the mod created, and it works but I recently updated to 3.7.3 and haven't check to see if it works on that yet. I will let you guys know soon.

ahh man... I got freaking Mod Adding Happy and I don't know what the heck I did... I didn't realize the display messed up until I have done a lot of different edits, and changes..

Create a Rank, then assign the user group the image. /images/yournewimage.gif

then you will need to update the members and ranks using that update process and away you go.

Banned Groups can still see default message but they can't edit, is this right?

Shouldn't it not show up for them at all?
