I did what superman said and it didn't work, however I have been working with Rafael Benard (http://www.rafaelbenard.com/) via Odesk and he was able to fix it in about 15 minutes.

Thanks for the responses however, The actual image is just the logo and doesn't include the text which is the size 24 font. The text "real estate forum" is located in the header next to the logo....
