what is illegal

what is illegal to have on a vbulletin site like porn,racial remarks or pictures? Have a site that has screwed with me hard and want to jack with them. Who could I contact to get them taken care of?

they work fine on the default but any time I upload another style from anyone it has no header and buttons just have an x. What am I doing wrong?

having trouble staying logged in

While roaming around it will send me back to login? Just does it about half the time and all the time when trying to go to photoplog. Any suggestion because I have no clue what I'm doing
