any of you out there think you could come up with something that would pool a random pic pooled from within a designated dir (including subdirs) - ie- /pics/.. (all dirs below)

It would be fantastic if everyone could collectively come up with a bunch of avatars (zip or whatever) to add to a "base" pool of sorts... I think most of my users are retarded, and couldn't follow...
