Positioning of $pagenav

Hello all:

I believe with the $pagenav phrase, the default code (in vB 3.5x) sets it to right align. I would prefer to center it instead. Any tips?

Didn't quite work for the time, though. Any suggestions? The default css class is "time." However, I only want to change the color for that one instance....
