Take a look at the screen cap, I'm trying to change the height of this box and the font size, I want to make it larger for people. Anyone have any ideas where to change this setting?

Force Avatars To Be All The Same Dimension

Is there a way to force all avatars to display a certain size? I have the size set at 125 x 125 and want that size displayed even if they upload one with smaller dimensions.
