Move Search Members to Navbar

I want to move the search button for Members on the member list page to the main navbar so it is displayed on every page. How can I do this?

Any help is appreciated,

Should it matter who is logged in as to what they will see in the navbar? What determines that? Guest see Member list and Calendar Events but members do not. I checked usergroups, calendar...

I checked all the usergroups and they show that all have permission to view calendar. I checked calendar permissions and they are using the usergroup permissions.
It just doesn't make any sense...

Header image size and how to add

What size would be ideal for a header for vbulletin and how do I add it? I want to add 2 pictures and some text to describe my site and add it to the top of every page.

Logged in members cannot see calendar link or member list anymore
