I use Promotion, which you can find in the usergroup manager. Its very limited in what it can do but it would deffo do what you mentioned in your example.

I get this error msg in firefox when accessing my PM's only from the link checker (it's not a vbulletin error)

Uping the ticker height to 20 fixed it.

I'm unsure what I'd have to do, example does all hacks php files work the same...
