Successfully installed and running with vbulletin...

Successfully installed and running with vbulletin 3.6.8 and 3.7.5

it works as expected except for one situation in 3.6 that I am trying to understand why..
with 3.7, the problem does not happen....

the most irritating part for me is when spammers register to spam the members using PMs, and this modification is going to solve my problem.
