Using 3.6.5, I swear there was a place to edit the value for this once upon a time but I can't find it anywhere.

how do i include navbar on external page?

Someone at vbulletin.com said i needed to ask here because it requires parsing :)

i have $style[css] , $header, and $footer, just need $navbar...

You need to fill in the Database Information in the Spelling Configuration File

globalize() has been removed from 3.5.1 to my knowledge, so this hack is busted.. any chance to get it fixed? :(
