ok. I have fixed it by changing "rep_required" in "forum" table, using phpmyadmin. I changed its type to INT(11). Now i havent any problem.

Yes, I have the same problem. If we want it must recalculate old reputation it should recalculate it after the installation.

I think you add this feature too, doesnt it? ;)
