I installed a few skins and also added the vbstats hack (which i love) now members cant use the upload avatar or file feature any idea why?

question more like an issue!

i recently installed some premade skins for temp use. But ever since i did this uploading avatars do not work. Where can i check the setting to get this feature to work?

i have a windows 2000 server and mysql running. I keep getting hacked this guy has access to everything only in vbulletin. He can delete users change posts and things like that.. I have iis locked...
