I am running vbulletin 3.6 on linux, php 4.4 and mysql 4.1.13. The database server and tables are already setup as utf-8 and have properly formatted utf-8 data in them, as is evidenced by looking at...

I need to have & # 0 3 9 ; (without spaces) appear in the final rendered code. Vbulletin cleans the code and renders it as ' instead. How do I stop it from doing that or otherwise get around this...

I get "No one is currently inside vBChat" even when there are people there. What could I have done wrong? I have checked the index.php file several times - it looks all good.
