Problem with Everywhere side bar is that for some reason it blocks out the forum div from loading first. It's extremely annoying I really want to keep using this feature as I use this sidebar for ads...

Not sure or its useable in this situation but you could try the .dll loader systems that are out there. That encrypt the file according to a key you specify. All php files are encrypted that way....
