Can't work this one out, it's probably blindingly obvious. :)

Is it possible to set permissions so that one usergroup can start threads but not respond to others threads, but a second group can...

How do I add extra stylevars to the default set? At present I'm hard coding some image paths in a modified template and I'd like to be able to edit them easily.
