Is vbulletin 4.1.12 PL2 okay to run with MySQL 5.5 and php PHP 5.3.17?

I've also installed on a 3.6.0 forum and all is working smoothly except rel=nofollow is not being added to signature links but is being added to forum posts. (I don't have any other plugins...
