Sorry it just a mistake of mine. It just happen that I was logged-in in Firefox browser and was not logged-in in IE. And I set the permission to not let unregistered users see profile pic.

Profile Photo Not Showing in IE

Is it a vBulletin problem or browser compatibility? The profile photo cannot be viewed when using Internet Explorer or other browser that based on IE like AOL, however, it is very OK on FireFox...
