Hello all, I am looking to set up a custom profile field that simply asks the user whether they want a certain thing displayed, they have the option of yes or no

Worked a charm, have it at the top of the forum now and looks great! Only tiny issue is its not in a collapsable box, that would be great.

Thanks for the feedback, i fixed the error not long after i posted, the path was right but i needed to change all of the \ to a / instead and it worked fine.
