Ouch, looks like this is a nice product, but doesn't work well with VBSEO. I wonder why that is? Isn't this just sending out emails via a cron job? Why would that foul up VBSEO?

I had this installed, but uninstalled it, as it conflicted with VBSEO and the gain in performance was nominal, not worth fiddling with VBSEO and the redir.php script to get everything to work...

True about that Jacquii. I think I might rework a mod a bit like this but make it more Facebook-like, which is what I was requesting. I think the way the status is displayed is a bit goofy as well....

Yeah, I can't seem to get it to work anymore. Sad, but I'm uninstalling. I'll have to write a shell script or something to trigger the cron in VB every 15 minutes or something.

Hmmm, I think I'm going to stick at the 2.2 level until this hack is fully working with 2.3.1

Or play around with it on my test board and see if I can hack it together to work properly.

This is working nicely. I can't believe that VB doesn't offer something like this to run the scheduled tasks, because without traffic, those tasks will not run. That's just stupid.
