x amount of posts per day to view forum - PLS help

I am after a hack that makes it so you have to make x amount of posts per 24 hours in certain forums to view other forums, I did a search and couldnt find anything, anyone help pls?

Is this hack available?

I am looking for hack where a user has to post x amount of times in a 24 hour period to post in certain forums, then after 24 hours they must post the x amount of times in the other forums again etc...

Ad hack

Hi

I want to put ads in topics between replies

I found this hack @ https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=79112&highlight=ads+post

But it seems to only randomly show the ad in the topic...

Best way to backup?

Currently I download my 'forum' folder from the ftp, is this sufficent? Whats best way to back up? I tried in the vb admin bit but got loads of errors :(
