3.7 profiles are not tabbed, no "community" drop down menu (but all the features are available via other static links), and the SIDE BAR is default on the left.

I reinstalled the old 3.7 version and just tweeked that one. much easier as its closer to what I want from the start.

though I didn't need to disable it. just FLASH the CACHE (which is a feature of vbOptimise)

Note: "ladders and tournament" add-on makes a similiar...
