Clickable forum bit?

How can make the forum and thread boxes a link when hovering? I have vb4.0.3. i used to have something like this with vb 3.8 but that skin doesn't work for 4.0 obviously.

limit member list profile pic size

When a member is viewing the member list can i limit the size of the thumbnail in the profile pic section but only when viewing the picture here.

they said the banners need to exsist in the photopost folders the same way as the banner program uses them. Would i put a folder like /www/photopost/images/ ?

multiple attachements scroll

In vb 3.7.3 when viewing attachments you get that new window. Is there a way for multiple attachments to have a next button on that window that comes up?
