I?ve removed it then ran the queries once more but no good fortune. I believe perhaps... There?s some kind of a disagreement in the midst of a different hack that I've installed...

Yes, I've added questions but it will not even show up to where I want to modify it. I also looked in the database after I added the questions and its also not there.

Any suggestions?

The /forum/ is your forums directory that the quiz.php is suppose to...
