What hacks from vB 4.2.5 are standard inclusion for vB 5.6.7?

Our tech says the all vB 4.2.5 hacks/mods will be gone permanently once upgrade to vB 5.6.7 is done.

only problem is that it won't take time zones like +5:30. That and the default message tells them indirectly to just choose another time zone.
