What's uShop & uCash?

Any difference? And which is the best? :ermm:

uCash:
Get points for posting, donate them to other users, put them in the bank

uShop:
Buy stuff in the store like an italicsed username, a bold username, a custom user title and a lot more

They should be installed together.

I could well be being stupid, but where is the bank options on uCash 3.5?

I obviously don't have uShop as its not out at the moment :)
