Mailman subscribe for 3.5

Here's a request:

A vb3.5 product that will send subscribe/unsubscribe/change requests to mailman so I an use mailman as a bulk-mailer for newsletters (HTML formatted).

This seems kind of trivial, as its just doing mailings to mailman.
