Check IPs of new registrations

I searched but couldn't find this so maybe it's buried somewhere. I was wondering if there is a way to automatically check the IP of a new registration and have it compared against all of the IPs that people have registered under or posted under and if there is a duplicate IP put the user in moderation.

I have just released a hack that blocks registrations from same IPs, not sure whether that's what you're looking for.

Nah, don't need it to block, but maybe act like the old version and put a * next to the duplicate Ip address and when you click the IP address, it tells you who the IP address is identical to.
