How do you disable plugins

How do you disable plugins thru phpmyadmin

Something has screwed up my forums and the plugin system will be a good place to start

here is the error i am getting

arse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/trung/public_html/trung/upload/global.php(512) : eval()'d code on line 3
