Time in forum
 

No matter what I seem to change my time is off by 4 hours, I live in Tennessee, Eastern time zone, I set it to that and its 4 hours fast, I change it back 4 more hours, it still dont change..

Are you changing the default time zone for the forum itself?

The reason I'm asking is because this is the scenario I imagined when I read your post.

1. You changed the default time zone for your forum. In other words, when someone registers on the site, the default time zone will now show a different default.

2. At this point perhaps the user that you are using still has the default time zone from registration when the default was different.

You will need to go into your User CP to change your personal settings. Of course future users who register will see the new default timezone.

I think everything I said makes sense and is accurate, if not, I hope someone corrects me. :)
