Hook location of global_complete

I've searched in a lot of vBulletin files, but I can't find the location of the global_complete hook. It isn't in global.php, ...
So, where can I find it?

Oddly enough, I actually reported it missing when 3.5 was first launched because I assumed "global" would mean it's in the global file. I was wrong. :)

My problem is the following: the Realtime Template Compressor hack is using only that hook location to work and it works fine. But the hack doesn't work on the pages of vBadvanced CMPS, so I would like to have it working their also.
