New Posts in Column Next to Replies.

See the picture for details, this is a feature I've been looking for, for quite some time. Any suggestions?

Is there any way to replace the view column with the new replies column?

Not really looked into it, but this would seriously slow down loading the forumhome. It would probably mean that for each user/forum a count should be made on each load of the forumhome.
