Sending Email to users via Admin panel
I tried sending out an e-mail to my registered users. I have 12,000 and it seems to be timing out each time.
I had it set to 500 at a time. Is there a way to have it automated that I don't have to sit there waiting to hit next each time? Also is there a way to confirm each one? I ended up starting it over again a few times which meant that the first hundred users or so received the e-mail each time. |
Anything?

There was a vB3 hack to do this, not sure if it is ported to 3.5 yet, but you could always ask the original coder if he has plans to do so.

has anyone actually thought of sending to a lower number at once?
I generally do 100 at once, it's more clicking next but it doesn't die. |

i don't have a problem with it dieing out - i have a problem with 40k members... at 100 per round that would be 400 clicks! having it load the next page ager X seconds would be ideal i would pay for this feature |
