Upgrading concerns with Ucash

Currently I'm running VB 3.0.7 with the latest Ucash compatible with this vb version. I am looking to upgrade to vb 3.5. I don't see any documentation on procedures for upgrading to 1.1.

the plan is to upgrade vb t0 3.5 which will break my UCash. Any help on how to upgrade ucash would be greatly appreciated.
