Here is the deal. I know that by using JS or RSS I can add the latest posts to an external html page. Based on this I have a couple of questions.

1) Can I specify where the latest posts come from? We are an NBA website and we have an external 'Team' page for each of the 30 NBA Teams. We would like to be able to place the latest 5-10 posts from the team specific forums on their team page.

2) Is it possible to put other content on external pages: Login, Polls, Users Online, etc. I know this can be done via vbAdvanced; however, I would prefer to do it without a content management system.
